clients outside the EEC
vat is not charged to or payable on orders taken from and delivered outside of the EEC. (european economic community) customs and import duties are not included. the client is responsible for payment of any surcharges.

2. payment
We accept payment by credit and debit cards by PayPal.

3. delivery
all orders placed on the internet will receive a confirmation of order by email. if any item is out of stock we will inform you within 48hrs. and the transaction cancelled. orders for framed imagery will be despatched within 21 days. if for any reasons delays occur you will be notified immediately and advised of the revised delivery date. if this is unacceptable you are free to cancel the order.

4. returns
all orders are carefully checked prior to despatch. in the unlikely event that items are found to be damaged kindly notify us within 3 days of receipt. kindly keep all the packaging material; we will arrange to have the item returned at our expense.
you will be given the option of having the item replaced or a full refund.

5. law and jurisdiction
the contract shall be deemed to be made in england. all contracts made between spitalfields art market ltd. and the customer shall be governed by the laws of england and any dispute arising therein shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the english courts.
